CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 58(RES) Relating to                          
reauthorization and reform of the Endangered Species Act, was read             
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the                     
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.           
Objections were heard.
